Terms of Service

Last updated: October 3, 2026

Overview

This website is operated by Rao Scents. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Products

  • All Rao Scents products are 50 ml eau de parfum, composed and bottled in Pakistan.
  • We try to show colours, packaging and descriptions as accurately as possible. Packaging may change slightly between batches.
  • Longevity (12–18 hours) and projection depend on skin type, climate and how the fragrance is applied, so results can vary from person to person.
  • Fragrances are for external use only. Do a patch test if you have sensitive skin, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • We may change prices or end promotions at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
  • We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer.

Orders

  • We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, we may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.

Discount codes

Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. The first-order code RAO10 can be used once per customer.

Delivery, exchanges and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and exchanges and refunds by our Refund & Exchange Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Rao Scents name, logo, product names, photos and text on this website belong to Rao Scents and may not be copied without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Rao Scents is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
